Terms & conditions
Toss N Wash is a small, locally owned Cairns business, so the terms are short. By booking a pickup you agree to the following.
Minimum charge
Everything is priced per 5 kg bag. Each order is charged at a minimum of one 5 kg bag, even if your washing weighs less than that.
Payment
Payment is required when your laundry is delivered back to you. If no one is home at the arranged delivery time, an extra delivery fee may be charged.
Items left in your washing
Please check pockets before you bag up. Toss N Wash does not take responsibility for the loss of personal items or valuables left in your washing. If we find something, it will always be returned to you.
Allergies and sensitivities
It is your responsibility to let us know about any allergies or sensitivities to laundry products before we wash. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
Bad weather
If bad weather cuts off roads, your washing will be delivered within the next safe time frame.
Right to refuse
Toss N Wash may refuse a job at our discretion.
